ACR's Workplace Section Seeks “Labor and Employment Arbitrators” to Apply for Advanced Practitioner Status. Membership
is open to labor arbitrators, employment arbitrators, or those with a
mixed practice. A specified number and mix of countable cases is
required for application. There is no degree requirement. ACR and Workplace Section membership are required and can be obtained in the
application process. The objective is to offer a community of peers for the most senior workplace arbitrators in the nation. There is no current professional organization for employment arbitrators. There are many tangible benefits to becoming an arbitrator AP, including networking, case consultation, legislative policy review, and practice development.
