Organizational
Affiliate Levels and Dues Structure
Organizational Affiliates are divided into
three levels, based on the number of
employees to be included.

Level One: Includes 1-5 members.
This membership allows up to five
persons to have online member profiles.
The group receives five magazine
subscriptions, one journal subscription,
two discounted Annual Conference
registrations, and various product
discounts. For-profit annual dues are
$425; nonprofit annual dues are $325.

Level Two: Includes 6-9 members.
This membership allows up to nine
persons to have online member profiles.
The group receives nine magazine
subscriptions, two journal
subscriptions, four discounted Annual
Conference registrations, and various
product discounts. For-profit annual
dues are $800; nonprofit annual dues are
$675.

Level Three: Includes 10-15
members. This membership allows up to
15 persons to have online member
profiles. The group receives fifteen
magazine subscriptions, four journal
subscriptions, eight discounted Annual
Conference registrations, and various
product discounts. For-profit annual
dues are $1400; nonprofit annual dues
are $1200.
Sections

can be added at $15 each and are not included in the
above costs.
