2005 Conference
Overview:
The annual UCOA conference provides practicing
ombuds opportunity for professional development
through skill sharpening, case discussion (respecting
confidentiality), exploration of ideas, and networking.
It is also a time for rest, reflection, and rejuvenation,
all in a beautiful setting with colleagues and
friends who share a most demanding, but rewarding,
profession. And on a special note, UCOA is having
a 20th anniversary celebration this year.
