ACR Update is an e-newsletter
sent to all ACR members electronically on a monthly
basis. Advertising in ACR Update will
be limited to 2-3 ads per monthly issue.
Advertisement guidelines:
Text Only Option:

10 lines (approximately 100-150 words)
-
Pricing: $150 ($25/1,000 subscribers)
-
Discount for multiple ads:
-
10% discount for 3 ads (must run within
a 5-month period)
-
15% discount for 4-5 ads (must run within
a 7-month period)
-
20% discount for 6 or more ads (must
run within one year) For longer advertising
contracts, please contact ACR.
Image Option: NEW!

Image Ads consist of 50 words
of text and an image.

Image specifications below:

Size (width X height): 90 X 100 pixels
(1.25 in. X 1.40 in)

Resolution: 72 dpi
Note: the majority of
members receive ACR Update in
html (with images), but those who are
not html-enabled will receive text-only
versions, so ACR strongly recommends that
the text be clear on its own.

Policy
The following
represents a portion of the specifications for ACR's
print and electronic publications. Complete
advertising policies can be found in the Full Rate
Card.

ACR will not be bound by any conditions,
printed or otherwise, appearing on any
advertising insertion order, contract, or by
payment.

ACR does
not pay advertising agency discounts for ad
placements.
-
ACR is not responsible for any claims made
in an advertisement. Advertiser and agency,
jointly and separately, will indemnify and
hold harmless ACR, its officers, agents, and
employees against any liability, loss,
attorney’s fees, and all other costs
resulting from publication of the
advertisement, including but not limited to
libel, omissions, violation of privacy,
copyright infringement, or violation of
proprietary rights.

ACR is not financially responsible for
typographical errors in an advertisement or
failure to publish an advertisement.
-
ACR reserves the right to reject any
advertisement.
-
Ads deemed “inappropriate” may be omitted or
requested to be redesigned.
-
ACR reserves the right to make rate changes.
Such rate changes will not affect space
already subject to contract and prepayment.
