Jim
Rosenstein has been installed as the President of
the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR). For
the last decade, Rosenstein has been a commercial
mediator and public policy negotiation facilitator.
He heads his own firm, Rosenstein Associates,
Negotiation Facilitators, based in
Philadelphia. Previously, he practiced real estate
law for almost 30 years with the Wolf Block law
firm, where he is currently Of Counsel.
Rosenstein has served as co-chair of the Society for
Professionals in Dispute Resolution’s (SPIDR)
Commercial Sector, chair or co-chair of ACR’s
Education of the Public and Sections Relations Task
Forces, co-chair of ACR’s Governance and Human
Resources Committees and first President of ACR’s
Greater Delaware Valley Chapter. He currently serves
on the Board of the Pennsylvania Council of
Mediators and is the chair of a subcommittee of the
Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission’s
Advisory Committee on Alternative Dispute
Resolution, which is charged with developing a plan
to improve conflict resolution throughout the State.
