On-Line Voting Procedures and Background Information
Please cast your vote by 5:30 pm EDT, Monday, August 16, 2010
Online voting in the ACR President-Elect and Board of Directors at Large election will open 12:01 am EDT on Saturday, July 17, 2010. Voting will be open until 5:30 pm EDT on Monday, August 16, 2010. Elections are for the 2010-2011 President-Elect and four At-Large Members of the Board of Directors. The President-elect serves a three-year term, with the 2nd year serving as the ACR President and the 3rd year serving as the Immediate Past President, all as a member of the Executive Committee. All four At-Large Board positions are for three-year terms. Election results will be announced Friday, September 3rd during the Annual Membership Meeting at the ACR Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois and by email to all ACR members and subsequently published on the ACR website. To vote, please follow the instructions below.
The ACR has a detailed process for these elections culminating in this vote. On June 7, the slate of candidates was announced and as prescribed by the bylaws a call for petitions for additional nominations of candidates was made. No candidates came forth so the slate of candidates is as follows:
