NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO ACR’S BYLAWS
The Board of Directors of the Association for Conflict Resolution, Inc. (ACR) hereby notifies all members of ACR that on July 23, 2010 the Board granted preliminary approval to certain amendments to ACR’s Bylaws, as more fully described below, and that the Board intends to take final action on these proposed amendments at its meeting scheduled to start on August 30, 2010.
ACR’s Board also welcomes written feedback from ACR’s members regarding these proposed amendments, which must be received by e-mail or regular mail, addressed to Cathi Eifert (ceifert@acrnet.org or Cathi Eiffert, Association for Conflict Resolution, 12100 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 130, Reston, VA 20190-3221) no later than the close of business on August 26, 2010 if they are to be considered by the Board before its takes final action on these amendments.
