ACR’s Awards Committee oversees the awards process. The Awards Committee decides on the selection of awards to be presented and develops policy issues related to awards for the Board of Directors’ consideration. There are various subcommittees for each of the separate awards.

Expectations of Award Recipients
Award recipients are expected to attend the ACR
Annual Conference at which the award will be given, so as to accept it in
person. Award recipients are frequently invited to participate in the Annual Conference
-- by making a speech, conducting a workshop, etc.
