Items will be shipped regular USPS mail within one week order received.
RUSH ORDER: Rush processing fee and express shipping fees apply.
ACR Product Return Policy
Claims
Claims for damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders should be reported immediately, but no later than two weeks after receipt.
Returns
Items may be returned, unmarked and in sellable condition, without permission within 30 days of receipt. Copy of the invoice/packing slip should be enclosed with the return, along with a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Customer pays for shipping and handling except if return is due to processing/shipping error.
RUSH processing fee and express shipping fees are nonrefundable, unless processing/shipping error occurred.
